This super-limited offering is from Consuelo Gomez’s farm El Cabuyal, grown at an altitude of 1850m. We’re experiencing a really awesome and complex profile from this classic washed Narino coffee, reminding us of flavors starting with key lime and sweet raspberry jam, finishing with a floral crisp and clean mouthfeel. Green apple acidity and peachy hints aren’t uncommon, and we’re loving how diverse this coffee is with every way we’ve prepared it.
